SANWEI (3W) was established in 1988, it is a ˇ°National High-tech and innovation technology co***nyˇ±, China's anti-static units Association, and "the contract and keeping promises units" We have drafted and formulated the General Specifications for Electrostatic Circulation Containers (SJ/T11277-2002), and we participated in the modification work of Requirements for Electrostatic Discharge Protected Area (GJB3007-1997) and General Specification of Testing Method for Electrostatic Protection in Electronic Production Manufacturing and Using System (SJ/T10694 ). Our co***ny is the important ESD anti-electrostatic equipment and material researching and producing base in China.
3W manufacture a series of ESD products in accordance with American military technical standards, GJB and ISO 9000 system, ISO 14001:2004, SGS and ROHS standards. Our product: SMT Rack, SMT Rack which can tolerant temperature at 200 ˇć, ESD Trolley, ESD Chairs, Clean Wiper, Circulation Box, Trays, Body Protection Products, Packing products, ESD Inspector and Tester, Clean and Dust Free Products, and so on. It also won the only national product "anti-static quality of China" designation, the honour certificate of "anti-static quality productsˇ±.
3W's development and production of anti-static products have gained dozens of independent intellectual property rights, of which the material which can tolerant 200 ˇć temperature gained State of invention patents, a large number used in SMT rack, etc. It has reached the international lead level. At the same time an international leader in clean white-permanent anti-static materials (tolerant temperature at 160ˇć) widely used in high-end semiconductors, aviation, aero***ce, chemicals, and electronics fields.
